What’s your minimum ad spend?

We typically work with brands spending $5k+/mo on media. We can advise below that, but our model fits scaling brands best.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We strongly recommend clients own their Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other platform accounts from day one — we just request manager-level access to run them. That way your historical data, pixels, audiences, and learnings stay with you no matter what. If we build an account from scratch on your behalf, we'll transfer ownership to you as part of onboarding.

How do you charge for media buying?

We bill a management fee (either a flat retainer or a percentage of spend, depending on scope) plus a standard fair-market commission on media we place on your behalf. Everything is disclosed up front — no hidden markups, no mystery line items.

Can you work with our existing creative?

Yes. We'll audit what you have, use what's working, and produce new variants where there are gaps. Most accounts need fresh creative within the first 30 days to break through ad fatigue — our in-house team handles that.

What platforms do you actually buy on?

Google Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, connected TV, streaming audio, and traditional broadcast and radio. We recommend the mix based on where your customers actually are — not where it's trendy to spend.

How often will we hear from you?

Weekly check-ins, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly strategy resets. You'll have a dedicated lead — not a rotating cast of account managers — and a shared dashboard you can check anytime.

How long before we see results?

This one's tricky — and we'd rather be honest than oversell. If we're doing our jobs, you'll know you're advertising. But for digital campaigns, consistency is everything. Your campaigns nearly always start in a "learning phase" where they're inefficient on purpose — the platforms are evaluating how consumers interact with your ads, your landing pages, and your offer.

It's important to manage expectations here. If you're looking to flip a switch and have leads come pouring in, you're in the wrong place. And if someone guarantees overnight success — don't walk away, run.

What happens if we want to part ways?

We work month-to-month after the initial 90-day kickoff. We just ask for a 45-day notice so we can wind things down properly, and we'll do everything in our power to make the transition as smooth as possible.
